This interactive 3-hour Conflict Management Workshop is designed to build practical skills for approaching and resolving conflict. Through engaging activities and relatable scenarios, you'll explore common sources of conflict, discover your own conflict style, practice collaborative problem-solving, and gain tools for navigating difficult conversations. You'll walk away with strategies you can apply immediately—and the confidence to use them.
Financial Hardship Application: As part of CCR's mission to work with individuals, communities, courts, and other institutions to manage and resolve conflict, CCR wants to encourage individuals to attend our trainings regardless of financial ability. Individuals who wish to attend CCR’s Conflict Management Workshop, but for whom the cost of the training would be a financial hardship, may apply for a full or partial waiver of the registration fee.
